Client Testimonials
"I was worried about putting too much money into improving and staging my home to sell it, but I listened to her many options, decided to fully trust her recommendation to play the smart numbers and to rely on the trends she had tracked, and lo and behold, we sold our place for MUCH more than both of us expected, and for more than the average market prices went in that period--it was not luck, it was not timing, it was the product of an expert who knows what she is doing, and it changed the course of my life."
Mike Yopp
"After scrapping plans for a major renovation six months before the arrival of our first child, we decided to buy a new house. So we called Linnette again. Linnette helped us buy within our budget in a very competitive market, helped us sell for top dollar, and facilitated the needed repairs at our old and new homes. She is straightforward, ethical and to-the-point. As a seller's agent, she is able to counsel on the repairs and marketing needed to make your house shine. She was right on all points. Linnette "just does it" and doesn't need a lot of management or hand holding."
Kristen Techel
"Linnette gave us great advice from months in advance of when we were prepared to pull the trigger, and set us up with a super team to transform our home with perfect, fast, in-budget finishing touches. We felt so proud of how it looked when it was done. Tammy put together a magnificent website and supplementary materials, and Linnette and her team managed the open houses, offer timing and agent communications to get us a range of really strong offers. We loved that house, it was perfect for us, we had a wonderful time there, and then we sold it for more than we ever dreamed. All because of Linnette and her amazing team!"

Should You Stage Your Home Before You Sell It?
The short answer: Yes. Stage your home because first impressions are everything. Just like in job interviews, dating and handshakes, first impressions most definitely matter in real estate. A well-dressed house, whether you stage it yourself or hire an East Bay staging expert, impacts the number of offers received, how many days a property stays on the market and the final sales price.
So What is the Process?
-
1) Team walks your property and gives recommended list of improvements, timeline and costs
2) Linnette presents the net return with light, medium, and significant improvements
3) If a loan is needed, Linnette will provide loan and get paid back in escrow upon close
4) You select what you want and approve all costs
5) Linnette and team coordinate and manage the entire project
6) You receive updates and if any changes are recommended, you approve in advance
7) Upon final work, staging is set
8) Linnette and team photograph, build website, design flyers and put live on the market!
9) It’s show time!
